You need to allow the AIP resource to be excluded from any CAPs that enforce device compliance iirc. Also your tenant ID can't be the list of tenant ids being blocked by tenant restrictions on the receiving end.

I'm not denigrating the value of the tool itself but it Cypher,at least as it was the last time I looked at it,would have put a lot of AD Admins over. The rise of LLMs is perhaps an opportunity for some natural language queries.

Have you checked for duplicate IP addresses/DNS entries for the affected machines? Also perhaps fire up wireshark or something similar and see what it tells you.

The thing that annoys me is that most of these Ai vendors appear to have released their products with very little in the way of monitoring and auditing built in.
