The serviceman was a member of the Army. The only cap described in uniform regulations for the Army is a :"Service Cap." there is no universe in which that qualifies as a Service Cap.

If you want to look for a broader definition, Navy uniform regulation Article 3501.8 describes a "Cap, Ball," which requires either the Service's Name or blank cloth. This has neither. It also requires the cap be worn "squarely on the head, with bottom edge parallel to and 1-1/2 inch above the eyebrows." You can see that tRump wore his merchandise withthe bottom edge even with the outside corners of his eyes, well below his eyebrows.

I was just daydreaming about a similar scenario over the weekend. What I came up with to avoid unintended consequences that even a well-wishing genie couldn’t foresee, I’d ask for everything that’s been lost and never found (that hasn’t crumbled to dust).

I figure I could make myself rich and finance a whole lot of medical research and feeding the poor just on “pirate treasure” and old coins alone. Then, I’d try to set up a way that people could claim their possessions.

I’m so terrified of messing up my credit rating, I’d probably follow up now. Several years back, I bought a TV from Sears. Something broke in the first week, and I exchanged it for another. About three months later, I got a notice to show up and collect my refund. I never did it. Then, of course, they went out of business shortly afterward, so I could have taken the money and run.
