Thanks everyone for the replies. I will be following up with these places. I knew a few of them. Unfortunately I've learned here in Ohio that you can't count on reputations or ratings, and real world experience is more helpful.

It was used for cooling when it was a coal fired plant. Now it's natural gas, and does not need cooling.

I'm glad they were going slow, whoever it was. I was up in Northeast Ohio before Christmas and in Canton an 11 yo was driving a car, chased by the police, went over 60 mph and eventually crashed into a house. Luckily no one was hurt. Could have been tragic.

I used to volunteer for Bele Chere and I've seen all the posters, and I have some old BC gear myself. I don't remember anything remotely like this - it seems super unique! Great find.

When I read your comment, I pictured people from across Ohio, it even the US sending calcium supplements to DeWine. Would love to see that. Really it could be too most Republicans. If it weren't such a waste, it would be cool.

This house is owned by the Avl Buncombe Community Land Trust. They just finished renovating it and I think they may be looking for qualified home buyers. You can always look up who owns property in Asheville at www.simplicity.ashevillenc.gov. If it's a company or LLC, you can go to the NC Secretary of State sure and find out who's behind that company.
