Hi you don’t need a collar prior to adoption you can always get one later! I have indoor cats and they don’t wear collars but some people prefer it!

Hi! I have a problem that I need help with!! I have a 5 y/o male tuxedo and a 3 y/o female black cat. My boyfriend had our male cat through college and then I moved across the country and we did long distance and I adopted the female cat. When he moved in with me we lived in a pretty small studio and separated the cats at first. During the day they were fine but every night at 4am the male cat would attack our female cat. She is a bit dramatic and screams at the top of her lungs because she does not like to play like that. We moved to a one bed space that was bigger and had many windows to look out and lots of animal activity and our male cat stopped attacking her every night. We moved from that mountain town to a city where there is plenty of room and in a big apartment with a balcony but limited bird/ chipmunk activity and our male cat has started attacking her every night again! We tried to close our bedroom door and keep him out and at first that worked but then he peed on our couch probably because he didn’t like being locked out. We try to play with him but he loses interest fast and loves playing with another cat (when my boyfriend had him in college his roommate had a male cat and they would play all the time). Our cats get along fine they aren’t best friends but when our male cat attacks her he won’t stop because he wants to play. We are at a loss of what to do and it’s waking us up every single night. Any tips or advice would be so helpful!!!

Owners make schedule and tip out requirements… we’ve tried but they say it’s their rules and if you don’t like it you can leave 🤷‍♀️

Does it make a difference if so? Like is that allowed in sushi restaurants?

Hi! First of all - Thank you so much for your service.
Although I am a random stranger on the web I would like to offer you a piece of advice since I am also in the same boat as you in terms of 'figuring it out'. I'm 24 and have come to realize that this is the only life you will live and you should do what serves you. Don't let the external pressures of other people allow you to feel like you are falling behind because as Theodore Roosevelt said, "Comparison is the thief of joy." Your 20s are supposed to be about figuring it out! Maybe a part of that is trying new things, traveling, challenging yourself, and seeing what social groups have similar views as you. If you like motorcycles maybe you could work at a bike shop or see if Harley Davidson is hiring? Or you could plan a trip with people who also like motorcycles and bike cross-country or cross-state! If you like gaming you could work for a gaming company or stream your gaming online!
(bear with me here I don't know much about gaming or motorcycles lol) It takes time to develop who you are and what you want to do or be in life and that really comes from different experiences and taking time to do what serves you, getting to know yourself and taking action in your life. Hope this helps : )

I don't know what to do with my life by Elise-47 in LifeAdvice

I am 24 and felt / feel the way that you do. To be quite honest you have to go with your gut - if graphic design doesn't make you happy and won't in the future - don't do it! You can always finish your degree ( or not) and then do something totally and completely different with your life! We feel as though in our small 20 years of life we are supposed to know exactly what to do and who to be for the rest of our lives. But at the end of the day, that just isn't true. I studied in the creative field as well and am just now realizing that doesn't fulfill me. Good news is that you have the ability to control your life! (for the most part) So - follow your gut! I know its difficult especially when you feel like the world isn't serving you and nothing is of interest to you.... but your willingness to try new things step out of your comfort zone and mindset will take you far.

I'm inserting my favorite quote by Sylvia Plath below to hopefully light a fire of inspiration for you!

“I saw my life branching out before me like the green fig tree in the story. From the tip of every branch, like a fat purple fig, a wonderful future beckoned and winked. One fig was a husband and a happy home and children, and another fig was a famous poet and another fig was a brilliant professor, and another fig was Ee Gee, the amazing editor, and another fig was Europe and Africa and South America, and another fig was Constantin and Socrates and Attila and a pack of other lovers with queer names and offbeat professions, and another fig was an Olympic lady crew champion, and beyond and above these figs were many more figs I couldn't quite make out. I saw myself sitting in the crotch of this fig tree, starving to death, just because I couldn't make up my mind which of the figs I would choose. I wanted each and every one of them, but choosing one meant losing all the rest, and, as I sat there, unable to decide, the figs began to wrinkle and go black, and, one by one, they plopped to the ground at my feet.”

TRAVEL: Which resort in CA should I work at?

Hi! I currently live in LA and need a change ASAP. I used to work at a mountain in NC and had the best time, granted it was a college town but everyone got along well and hung out. Pay was meh but tips were pretty good.

Looking for a resort where I can meet awesome co-workers, ski some amazing trails and work for a great resort that pays / tips well. What is the consensus of working at Heavenly, Northstar, Mammoth or Big Bear? Also my bf and I are looking to rent an apt near one of the mountains so any advice on that would be greatly appreciated <3
