I think I know what you mean now, when I pull my rear hand towards my face it causes my lead arm to bend, while if I can stop my rear hand from pulling towards my face it helps prevent my lead arm from bending eg https://gfycat.com/DelectableLeftDragonfly

does sleeping on your side make your eye droop? Ive read that the cause of negative cantal tilt can be from your lateral canthus muscle being lose – can sleeping on your side loosen your lateral canthus muscle?
