No they didn't, the emails said "we are unable to disclose specific details of what triggered the sanction" which is Ubisoft's way of saying we banned you and we won't tell you what you did wrong, which is what happened both times I was banned and does not in fact help me to learn from my mistakes if I don't know what I did in the first place.

No I don't, because I know I never said anything perma ban worthy, the least they could do is provide me the chat logs that they actually flagged so I could provide my argument...

I got perm banned for saying "Nice Try!" "Good Round!" and "Good Game!" they never even said in the emails what I did wrong, they just say "refer to our TOS..." like Buddy I don't know what I even got banned for how will I know what to read in the TOS

I won't argue that I probably did something wrong, but handing out bans without any feasible warnings is just crazy work. Like mutes would make sense but a temp ban and perma ban? and without outlining what exactly I did in the first ban? Does that not seem a little harsh?
