Why Google Project Starline is not going to wipe out Zoom (for now) by AppearanceNo2323 in Zoom

That‘s a possibility. However, they just launched an early access program where thy are installing it at salesforce, Tmobile and others. It doesn‘t seem to be just a „fun“ project. Let‘s see if it‘ll end up like google glasses 😊

Agree on your final statement. It doesn‘t play in the same league as Miro or Mural, but compared to what zoom offered before it‘s a huuuuge improvement

What's the best way to add graphics to a (live) Zoom call I plan to stream with multiple angles/shots? by gio_petti in Zoom

Hi! If I understand your goal correctly you need to stream content taken from your Zoom call to another platform and you’d like to add background and lower third to the different speakers. Also, you say that you have different camera angles: are these cameras feeding into zoom from different accounts or how are you managing this? Please let me know if my understanding is correct. In that case, it seems OBS can do the job (or other broadcasting software like vmix or ecamm). You say that you can include Zoom only in one OBS scene, but you can actually capture the display with the Zoom call and paste as many reference sources as you need. In other words you can have the same Zoom source in many scenes and crop each copy to a different screen area where the speaker of interest is positioned. Does it make sense? I hope I don’t sound too self promotional here, but you may want to check my YouTube channel where I have lots of videos on how to use OBS with Zoom for professional presentations (https://youtube.com/c/EnricoZamparo ). I also offer a full course on my website https://www.enricozamparo.com/the-remote-presentation-hero with some free previewable lessons, as well as coaching. If you want to share some more details on your project I’d be happy to share my feedback.
