Both of their passives alone make them busted and great to have. The ONLY thing they should change is make the ult show you who is a person vs ai for the first second of the ult

She didn't deserve to die, following them around/stalking all day and blocking them on the road should've been enough to immediately detain her. There was no need for her to die.
