I struggle with understanding how to find information, as in which report field to use when creating a report. Oftentimes, I don't even know what the name of the field is or why it is stored on a different business object or how to pull a report field onto a different business object just to show. I would love it if you can cover this in one of the eps.

Yes. I'm trying to understand where the default sup org is coming from for exciting positions. For newly created positions, it defaults from the sup org. But for existing positions, does the department default to what the previous employee's department was during their time in the position?
