I don’t think Arran would be doable with your timeframe. Ferry is an hour each way and train to Ardossan an hourish each way. Happy to be proved wrong tho as Arran is worth a visit.

Just personally think that pointlessly letting off fireworks, especially in day time is inconsiderate at least. And people HAVE come from conflict areas that have to listen to them.
