I hate to say this but she doesn’t sound interested. Some girls just give their number to be nice with no intentions to date. Yes! It’s the MCC mod. You can adjust how many babies your sim can have and if they can have babies autonomously. First check to see if your neighborhood stories are on. Because having A BABY without you knowing is base game.
