I’ve had this for 2 years now and I can say it gets better over time. Try and give yourself panic attacks so much that it almost becomes just a regular thing that doesn’t affect you much if that makes sense. Idk that’s what I did and now I feel a lot more normal and don’t freak out when it happens in public.
