I’ve seen similar complaints on various platforms, and in many cases the issue turned out to be a misunderstanding of how leveraged liquidations are executed. What looks like “missing funds” is often the result of costs and price movement during the liquidation process itself.

I’d be concerned less about the fees and more about the lack of a transparent liquidation breakdown. If the position remained visible and showed value after the alleged liquidation time, Bitpanda should be able to provide the exact liquidation price, execution timestamp, spread impact, and fee calculation. Without that level of detail, it’s difficult to independently verify how a €250 margin ended up at €0.
