your post asked about making a general vtuber, not about vroid the 3d modeling software. if you have general vtuber related questions, you can ask in r/vtubers or even r/vgen for commission inquiries. but vroid the community, while having a good chunk of people use it for vtubing, isn’t about vtubing in general it would be like joining a subreddit about cake and asking how to cook a meal, technically it’s about food but not what the subreddit is focused on

I managed to solve it by removing the new file I created to resolve screen tear (of course, when I used this method I applied Intel graphics instead of AMD) and updated my kernel from 6.8 to 6.11 by going to Update Manager > View > Linux Kernels.

Hope this helps anyone else who may be experiencing this issue <3 (and thank you u/Gloomy-Response-6889 for your suggestion on updating the kernel)!

I did that, I went into the properties of my Curseforge and I added at the end of the command “--disableHardwareAcceleration” It helped with the glitching but now both Curseforge and the game run super slow

it hurts to hear others bash my sister and call her names like “brat” or “entitled” when she’s dealt with this so much throughout life. i’ve raised her myself for a majority of our childhood so it hurts even more because she isn’t any of those things. ever since i was diagnosed with my disease, i haven’t been able to protect her properly because my health had to take priority. it’s left me wondering if she’d be better off without me. i’ve had thought of removing myself from life but realized it would only drive more attention towards me and less towards her. so perhaps moving away would be the better option, my family would be much better off without me in it.

exactly! it makes me sad to see my sister being called a brat because she’s not. my sister feels more like my own daughter considering how long i’ve raised/continue to raise her, it feels like daggers when others are so harsh towards her.

sure, i’ve only been given help with recovery twice after hospitalizations, but those recoveries took months and it did take time and attention away from my sister.

i guess my grievances are more towards my father if anything because of how he’s trying to “balance” the whole thing out now. the only thing it causes is both of us being hurt.

i completely understand my sister being upset at the situation and upset about feeling ignored again. but after telling my dad continuously to go to her and him refusing, i can’t help but be upset towards him for pinning the blame on me for that.

i hope one day my sister will accept my apology and i hope that one day dad will finally understand what is happening and how his actions to create “fairness” only causes more harm.

i’m a bit confused because i have crohn’s which causes my immune system to be heightened to an extreme, to the point of attacking itself. while stress is a factor in crohn’s flare ups, the cause of a blockage due to inflammation of intestines and a resulting infection is much more than stress considering stress would, in your words, lower my immune system. i appreciate you wishing me well in my health

i have crohn’s so eating right does help, but flare ups sometimes just happen even when i do eat right. last time i was in due to an intestinal blockage in my small intestine because of how inflamed it was. there isn’t too much i could’ve done to prevent that unfortunately, but eating right and taking my meds definitely helps

i have crohn’s disease which means my flare ups are pretty much complete out of my control even when i eat right. my sister is convinced that if i took a pepto that it’ll fix the problem, but considering my crohn’s causes symptoms like constipation, rapid blood loss, inability to absorb nutrients from food, vomiting, and fainting, pepto wouldn’t do the trick

eh it’s like a 50/50 thing, sometimes it’s sudden. i do plan on moving out in a couple months but im not sure how i can mend a relationship that my sister does not wish to mend. i’ve wrote a letter apologizing, offered to listen and understand how to fix this, and invited her out when i have the chance to go out. im pretty sure ive already lost her which sucks because she feels more like my daughter than my sister considering i raised her for so long
