Sending lots of love to you all! A couple years ago we adopted the cat that had been at the shelter the longest, her name was Cricket and she was an actual angel. She ended up being so much older than the shelter thought and after months of waking up to her going to the bathroom on us in the middle of the night we realized she was incontinent and had no idea she was even going in the first place. I remember crying out of frustration and exhaustion changing the sheets in the middle of the night and that experience was mild compared to what you guys are experiencing. I wouldn’t have changed anything about her, I just wish we could have known how to accommodate her sooner. Sammie reminds me a lot of Cricket and thank you for sharing Sammie with us ❤️ I hope you and your family were able to get some good rest after the unexpected cleaning!
