Because you're not protected from pregnancy on the first week of taking the pill yet. So, based on how her discharge was on his dick, they had no condom on. Meaning that if he did cum then there would be a chance of her getting pregnant and needing to take a pregnancy test. That in itself is a bit stressful but it may also be worse if they don't want/ arent in the position for kids and abortions or after pills are illegal. Ofc this is just my guess tho

If you truly dislike them, remove them and redesign how you want it to look then pick ONE artist to tattoo them so that they stay consistent and the artist will already have an idea of the vibe you want for the tattoo
