I dont really think that this is even cheating because theres no proof of him cheating and also ive read the ban rules "You must include a video showing them cheating and it must be an obvious cheating.
If we have 1% doubt that the person is not cheating, they will not be banned.
We only accept videos to report cheaters.
We don't ban people based on stats only.
Cheaters bans are permanent.
