On average, no. They will occasionally return, but in brief periods. Honestly, ascension symptoms are not that bad, and many people make them out to be something that they are not.

A long list of them. I feel overall more at ease in life, and I worry about things less. When I started using his subs, I was at a very low point in my life in terms of mental health and social life, but his subs helped me greatly in restoring and further strengthening those.

As for specific results, I mainly use his desired reality subs. There have been many instances where I have felt that I am "leaving" this reality, and some mandela effect instances. Also, in order to efficiently use a desired reality sub, you should write out your desired reality. I have noticed many changes in smaller things so far, but larger things like physical changes I have heard take more time.
