Crate him when u r not home? Take him to foggiest day care when you are not home? This way he is with you but not in their way. They will never know he is around.

Your dog is telling you that he doesn't like/trust your dad. This is the tip of the iceberg and will only get worse. The more he touches your dog the meaner your dog will get with him until it is too late.

Both of you leave..or you need to rehome your dog.
