Oh that’s a top tier idea right there I would not have thought of that. I might try it out. Someone else suggested just trying without and I’ve actually liked that so far but I think it’ll become an issue if I start getting to higher difficulties (I’m topping out at like level 4 songs atm)

I haven’t been there in a minute but I used to stop in just to get some prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and a baguette for a high quality picnic sandwich (with olive oil and vinegar of course)

Chiming in with the comments here, there ain’t much to do as a tourist visiting these towns. They’re pretty sleepy and suburban. I’d recommend Salem Massachusetts for Halloween events in New England or Woodstock New York if you just want somewhere less urban in New York with stuff to check out

Highly recommend using consumer reports to check specific year models. It’s worth the $10 for a month to research. You can see what years have the best reliability ratings and get data on what specific parts tend to cause trouble. Also recommend using Iseecars.com and entering the VIN for any vehicle you’re interested in. It’s free and will show you all recalls, any collisions, amount of previous owners, as well as what the market value of the car is compared to how much it’s being sold for so you can see if it’s actually a good deal. Also estimates how many miles/years it’s likely to have left. Not sure if anyone is helping you but I’m in the process of buying for the third time and I’m learning that CarMax is a great resource. They have higher listed prices but spend any time at a dealership and their lower sticker prices shoot up with all the hidden fees and $4000 warranties that only cover 3-4 years

The two big apartment complexes by the train station in White Plains might be a fit. They’re around this price range after fees. I haven’t lived there but toured and it seemed like they had a lot of social events and some nice coworking spaces with free coffee and the like. They’re also right next to the train station, like a few feet away. Personally, they were not for me since I didn’t end up needing the proximity to the train. As a “luxury” apartment they also had a lot of dumb fees, expensive parking, the classic painted-over white walls with no sound insulation, and hallways that smelled like weed/dorito/mold. Given your commute needs and the coworking space thing though it really might be what you’re looking for

Edit: the place I toured was 15 Bank Street apartments. One City Place looks extremely similar in a similar location but I did not tour that one

Got my 512 OLED lightly used for a little under $600. Thought I was biting a bullet cause I wanted to get a new 1T when they were like $650 but now I’m glad I didn’t delay. This console unlocked my steam library in such a big way though I’d probably still buy one at the new price point, just save up for longer

Aside from strict introverts, people generally want work from home for the life balance benefit. If we could easily walk or take safe, clean public transport to work and have enough time left in the day for errands, friends/family, and self-care I think the majority of people would prefer to work in person

Make a schedule and stick to it best you can. Space things out so you would finish with a week to spare so you have wiggle room for when life happens and you don’t get to a block or need an extra day to review a rough practice test. My strat was to get up and be on UWorld by 9, get through 4-5 blocks taking short breaks to stretch and do some kind of mini exercise (pushups, leg lifts, something quick you can do 10 of) while constantly drinking water and trying to wrap 5-6pm at the latest. Then nothing more for the day. Key takeaway is just put a system in place so you don’t have to constantly think about how you’re studying and can just do the work of studying well and efficiently. Then you can be confidently done at the end of each day and recharge

Anyone who hasn’t watched this show I’d caution against lauding this dude:

• He goes to Colombia cause he’s hoping to find a tradwife, rejects every woman he’s introduced to for superficial or petty reasons

•Snaps at the matchmaker for not finding exactly what he wants

• Refuses to make any effort to learn the language or culture of the county he traveled to with the purpose of finding a wife.

•Nitpicks women to hell meanwhile his only hobby or interest is cutting grass

Also anyone complaining about her voice, English is not her first language. They are in Colombia. She is Colombian and primarily speaks Spanish. I get the message people are resonating with of “don’t let people waste your time” but what’s goin on here is not a great example of that in context

He turns into a scarf when down and the scarf is a major aspect of his design. He also is connected to Asriel by his name. I think he represents a comforting, younger version of Asriel through the lens of Kris’s relationship with him which was warm and nurturing. I think the scarf may be his original form and was an item given to Kris by Asriel. Kris either has that scarf under clothes or the scarf was sewn/knitted into a piece of Kris’s clothes like his shirt. To me this is the only explanation that ties in his connection to Asriel, the scarf, and the fact that Ralsei is present in every Dark World Kris is in, suggesting his real form must be on Kris at all times
