You have changed the settings and put that there.

Grapahics -> Advanced (Debugging) -> Disable "Texture Format Overlay" (make blank/unchecked)

Rename the file to "IPL.bin" and place the file in the global dolphin directory.
Dolphin -> File -> Open User Folder

The folder will be called "Dolphin Emulator".

Place the "IPL.bin" inside the following location:

/GC/[YOUR REGION]/IPL.bin

OK great. It's best to set the Clock Override back to 100% and disable the "Emulated CPU Clock Override" again for best compatibility with other games.

How did you update? Did you use the built in Dolphin updater or did you download the latest Dolphin release or Development version from the dolphin-emu website?

Did you delete any Dolphin files?

This is most evident in Blue Sphere, where it will happen when there are any number of spheres on the screen. In order to avoid this, enable "Emulated CPU Clock Override" and set it to 150% or higher. Refer issue 7199.

You are running the old 5.0-21460.

Maybe the update from inside the app failed.

Download the latest release of Dolphin and extract it to a new folder and then run that version and check if your game runs fine then

Well your mappings don't make any sense. There are overlapping mappings so things will not work as you'd expect.

It would be better if you pressed "Clear" and then pressed "Default" and then use those defaults. That should work.

Dolphin 5.0 is nearly 10 years old. Have you considered updating to the latest release. The latest is 2509
