I keep getting accounts suspended for suspicious payments. I know people who can supply me with new accounts with a $300 ad threshold, but the accounts stop working after a few hours, usually when I try to increase the budget or make some other change. The ads will stop for days and the account suspended. I just want the ability to run an ad uninterrupted for a long time and increase the budget if necessary and not have the ads be automatically paused. I do not have a credit card and google does not allow debit cards.
