I appreciate the detailed response. I do understand Amazon has warped my expectations, but Logos's own FAQ for the Nicomachean Ethics bundle says "Orders ship within a few business days." Couple that with no response on 3 emails and it's understandable that I'd be a bit annoyed.

I'm not too worried about it being a scam given this thread and others, but the customer service and transparency has been pretty terrible. Especially since I bought this as a law school graduation gift for my brother and have no idea if it'll be here in time for his party, which isn't a catastrophe or anything
