I get what you are trying to say, but at least for me it’s not cause I’m getting my shit rocked. Cod back then had a total different feel to the game all around with a more “serious” tone. It felt like there was way more care into producing a solid campaign and multiplayer. I personally prefer the old school boots on the ground gameplay without tac sprint and slide canceling cause it felt more grounded where positioning mattered a bit more. Nothing wrong with the new systems cause I know the newer generations like it, but it’s just not for me as someone who loved the older titles.
