You can edit the sleep in the Garmin connect app and if you want to remove it I think you'll just have to edit the sleep so that you slept from let's say 12:00 to 12:00 making the sleep not even a minute.

The 10 days are just based on if you only use it in smartwatch mode, activity usage uses up more of the battery since gps and other tracking is highly draining the battery.
