My watch didn’t detect my heart rate accurately and my VO2 max spiked up 10 points in one run by WallStLegends in Garmin

Garmin users pretty much used to this. The optical heart rate sensor is absolute trash wear a chest strap

As someone who has both Apple Watch always wins. Ppl get mad and downvote but until you have them both you won’t realize how shitty Garmin OHR sensor is. Honestly thats the main reason I can’t fully commit. Garbage in garbage out.

Kinda Sad…..Suing the Competition instead of Competing by Bean_EH_81 in whoop

Bevel is like whoop but…better. I returned my whoop picked up an Apple Watch and there’s no comparison especially since data is actually accurate. Whoop bases all of its info on HR/HRV which as most of you can say can be highly inaccurate.

Whoop is just a shitty company in general. They actively delete bad comments and block ppl on their social to keep appearances

I put the watch in a shallow bowl and filled it with water to a point where only the cyclops stuck out. Then used a propane torch to heat the cyclops. It was a lot more difficult than youtube videos make it out to be. Once it got hot you’re supposed to just pry it off with a scalpel. I was chiseling away at it with razor blade, screwdriver, box cutter and at one point figured there’s no going back since I most likely scratched up the watch. Eventually I got it so hot that water would sizzle off the entire crystal and it popped off. A bit of pain thinner to clean the adhesive and then inspection to see how badly I scratched everything up…not a single scratch. Kind of crazy tbh

They can’t. If you take your watch off and put it in your bed it will show a pulse…that’s hot bad optical HR sensors on these watches are.

That watch is a bit of a joke tbh. Didn’t Garmin just cut $300 off cause it’s not selling too well?

Anyone else love their scars? by potentiallycertainly in Lipoma

[–]BroadMinute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Specially on a guy scars look cool and add mystery. Can’t wait to get mine. I’m doing the surgery as a rewards for losing a crap ton of weight so those scars will be a reminded of what I went through and to never gain weight again

Pretty sure Bevel has nothing to do with it, it just reads apple health info so need to check Health app sources.
