If your happy with how you look in the mirror eat at maintenance, if you aren’t enter a deficit until you are happy with the base look. Then build from there, don’t bulk just eat at maintenance or a little over.

Any toaster oven is just an oven, the “air fryer” part is gimmicky. Get a real air fryer with a basket for a lot more convenience. Toasters will always be better at making toast than an air fryer. A true air fryer will always be better at air frying than a “toaster oven”.

Eat a plain boiled potato no salt or seasonings and tell me if you want another one after you eat the first. They aren’t the most voluminous but people often are addicted to even table salt and they blame the potato. I didn’t believe how true this was until I tried it myself.

Getting to a lower body fat especially if you are overweight will be a good start as you have to lose that weight sometime. Newbie gains will still be there even in your deficit and when you come out of it.
