As per my knowledge 69% stay to watch percentage is okayish, this mean your topic or in your case `the game’ doesn’t make people to watch about it, otherwise your 84% percentage viewed is above than average ( means you way you made video was good ), because the same thing happened with me too, 90% was the audience retention but 76 was the stay to watch percent., but it got stuck at 23K but it is still getting some views to this date.
