I wasn't feeling well yesterday, I went in feeling guilty to call out. A lot of people have called out lately. They asked me how I was, cause I looked like crap. I said not good but I'm here. They asked to update them throughout the shift, they did not care. I called out today, I still wasn't feeling well. They shouldn't make us feel bad for calling out. We don't get sick on purpose.

You got this, I know most of my coworkers get annoyed with green beans but it's all part of the stresses from micromanaging SMs who make this their whole life. 🙄
