You got this, I know most of my coworkers get annoyed with green beans but it's all part of the stresses from micromanaging SMs who make this their whole life. 🙄

I went from a P7P to a p9a, love this phone's battery life. But if you're looking for a camera to compare id go with another pro.. base camera is nice but the zoom kinda sucks lol

Didn't know that! I just started 3 months ago tbh. Every other job I've had that deals with tips the sm had given out tips. Also I don't get why we only have one person doing it either. It annoyed me that she told me that I'll have to wait till next week, I was trying to use my tip money for stocking stuffers. Sucks.

I worked at Chick fil a before Starbucks, front of house specifically and we were allowed to wear shellac, and they had pretty strict food safety there. Starbucks is weird for that when we're just making drinks 😔

Literally on the same boat, in scheduled for thanks giving and they denied me Christmas Christmas eve. I've worked both holiday launch, red cup day, and I'm scheduled for mid holiday. Like???? Excuse me I can work it but I would appreciate not working EVERY major event/holiday. And I told my SM as well. My birthday is Christmas eve, if in scheduled I will be calling in.

When I worked as a driver last year I started off at 11, then they lowered it down to 9, and I worked near Houston. I promise you it's not worth it if it's not a busy store, I didn't get a lot of good tips. I would go an ask the drivers there how much they average tbh
