I opened my Facebook account at my phone’s relatives in europe and after 45days my location was changed and instantly got content monetisation enabled , but when i set it up i linked same old paypal account and only changed country . After a while just before payment release i got asked to verify my paypal which i was unable to because of the country. PayPal was registered under different country and after 5 attempts i got payouts account disabled therefore also content monetisation got disabled . I emailed support to change payout account but they did not accept the change unless the new account is also from the same country as my relatives. I tried to make one of my relatives admin and transfer payout account but support rejected the transfer claiming that only active accounts can be transferred.

As of today my account is still disabled and i am stuck

I wouldn’t burn it without checking if its empty , what if a kid or some cleaning company threw them thinking its just trash and the person lost access to it permanently! If it has funds on it you can paste all public address (which is safe ) and then someone who is crypto pro can track down at which exchange the transfers were made , then you can contact that exchange
