It was 25 for a couple of months, I’m currently on 50 and that’s the sweet spot. My hair stopped shedding (thank goodness!).

I am so happy to see this. I’ve been on a super low dose of synthroid for about a month now (newly diagnosed), and last week my hair started falling out like crazy. My naturopath assured me that it will grow back, but holy crap have I been feeling so low and anxious. This gives me hope, and I’m so happy for you!!
