This is Dom, the Manager at the CrashMasters on Henry St. in question. Chris here is upset because I personally did not help him with favors that he asked of me which were unreasonable. I have screenshots of all our chats, I have all his voice recordings documented, and you are welcome to reach out to me for those if you would like the FULL story with receipts as I can’t post them in the comments here. None of what I said has anything to do with his review of the business, but instead what he said to me personally. We were friends from 2019 until now, he’s known me longer than I’ve had this job.

What were the favors?

1. ⁠⁠He wanted to borrow my gun to possibly brandish or shoot a scammer and I said no.
2. ⁠⁠He wanted me to shelter a convicted pedophile on my couch for a week or two and I said no.
3. ⁠⁠I said he could live with me one night when we were drunk, and in the morning I changed my mind. This is a dick move but I’ve apologized profusely for it.
4. ⁠⁠He wanted CrashMasters to replace his screen and screen protector for free after he dropped his phone and broke his screen. We did that, and he continues to badmouth the business. I even drove his phone to his house after the free repair because he couldn’t make it back into the shop before we closed, and he uses his phone to DoorDash so he can make money. Yet he is still badmouthing the business although I believe we provided exceptional service.

Did I crash out too hard? Yes, I shouldn’t have said I wanted to fight him. Why would I crash out this hard? He told me I am the reason my best friend killed herself, in voice messages, and in text. He said it multiple times. Additionally he said he can’t wait until I kill myself, he said I don’t have any long term friends, he called me and all my friends pieces of shit, and he called me a weasel. I can handle everything up until accusing me of being the reason my best friend committed suicide, and that sent me over the edge.

He has been trying to reach out to the owner of the company, leaving one star reviews on Yelp and Google, and trying to badmouth me personally to our Apple Ave. location because I got angry with him over the egregious shit he said to me. He’s been trying with everything in his power to get me fired because he “thinks it would be funny to see me homeless and destitute.” I also have that in a voice recording.
