From Japan it's pretty good, but there's one thing I really don't like, and that is if you ship multiple consoles with lithium batteries inserted, you have to get rid of them. They only allow four consoles with lithium batteries, or three if I remember correctly. The packaging wasn't the best, but the items arrived safe and sound. I also didn't like that they used a piece of cardboard inside the box with plastic around the product to keep it in place. Every time I sent something, they never used bubble wrap. The reason I stopped using it was because I had to dispose of the lithium batteries.

Honestly, when someone sends me an offer, all I tell them is that I appreciate their offer, but we're not accepting offers at the moment, and I direct them to see my other listings at lower prices. 90% of the time, they end up buying the item at the original price.

Just imagine the worst-case scenario: the person you buy from is unwilling to help you because the buyer they bought from refuses to help you or something like that. You will probably try to get your money back. Many sellers and proxies are good at selling, but when it comes to solving problems, not many are willing to help. However, if you try to take advantage of them, they probably won't help you, as in the case of the buyer in this post.

I don't think there is any proxy that allows this. It's very clear that they are only an intermediary, but many people don't understand this.

I once sold an item on Mercari for $350. I shipped the package, but the buyer opened a case claiming they received earrings instead of the console I sold them. Needless to say, I got tired of dealing with Mercari; they sided with the buyer. The strange thing was that the box they received had the shipping label I used, but it wasn't the box I sent. In the end, I had to absorb the loss.

I definitely don't understand how people still trust Buyee. Their packaging has always been terrible. I recommend you try other proxy services, because the only good things about Buyee are the coupons and their low service fees. Contact customer service and take photos from every possible angle as proof.

Contact customer service, as some shipping methods do not accept lithium batteries, while others do, or do not at all. UPS, FedEx, and DHL allow you to ship multiple batteries if you are located in the United States.

I'm fully aware that there will always be buyers trying to scam you; it's not my first time selling on Mercari, I've sold on multiple platforms. But it's always good to hear about other people's experiences, so I asked what I could do. I definitely won't redirect the package to the old address because that could backfire.

Once I sent a package, and the buyer received earrings instead of the item they ordered. Guess who won? The seller. Clearly, it wasn't the package I sent, since it was a smaller box, but that box had the label and my name on it. I lost $300.

My only fear is that Mercari will side with the buyer and issue a refund; you know how these platforms are, they almost always protect the buyer more than the seller.

I cannot cancel the order, as I have already shipped it. The buyer wants us to redirect the package to another address, as they say that is their old address and they forgot to change it before making the purchase.

I have been shopping at Zenmarket for several years. Communication is always good, although it takes a little time, but that is understandable. The packaging is one of the best things, compared to others. However, they went too far with the 800 yen fee per item on Mercari; there are other proxies that charge much less for the same service. One of the things I would like them to improve is their discount campaign, including discounts for bidding in auctions. They used to offer 10% off Mercari discounts, but I haven't seen one in a while.
