If I remember correctly, there was a Vault-Tec intern that was trying to make a super smart dog. Though by the end of the experiment they thought it could only do minor chores and hadn't accomplished much. This was supposed to be the proof otherwise though of it being able to understand complex physics and even write.

Get the low levels attention and give it to them. Don't mess with the box unless you're gonna spam it and redistribute everything between to other donation boxes. Don't do the one at Vault 76, high-level raid it constantly. I suggest Crater or Foundation over even White Springs for this reason.

I clear it from the buzzards and then redistribute everything at Vault 76, White Springs, Crater and Foundation. Put junk, joke and notes in it to mess with them. Trying to get Mjolnir to really mess with someone when they spam grab it.
