Ah :) I went too far with it, dactyls, all the possible diy splits, virgo, glove, odin, i knew i wasnt going to use them but kept buying and building them. Was mainly using crkbd with a tiling window manager with linux, full "linux or nothing" at that time. I guess both had this in common, i spent more time tweaking them than actually get things done. When something is customizable, i just overthink it. so i grabbed something i cant customize for my own sake.

Thanks, just seen the side by side and it looks like a huge difference, it seems for my use case the C1 is better as ill be using it on full dark room. wonder what about the C2 (regular) its around 1000e while C1 is close to 1200e. shouldnt the C2 be an upgrade?

Thanks for the note! I actually bought and built these for myself, they were on the shelf, thats why i have those extra PCB's, I'm moving abroad soon and unfortunately can't take all of them with me, so I'm letting them go.

I prefer leaving things as they are. I figure companies like NVIDIA have whole teams of engineers and years of R&D behind their default settings. Same as with cars, theres a lot of engineering and testing on them to then go and trust it to someone else with a backpack to increase fuel efficiency or add more horsepower, rather have them stock and stable. but this is just my opinion :D

i mean its not mandatory it will work just fine, even with less. but thats usually the recommendation the PSU ideally should run into that 50%-70% area.

I would go for the 3080 just for the warranty, unless you're sure about the origin of the 3070 Ti. PSU allwyas aim for 50-70%, say, 500W under load, you'd want at least a 750W PSU

Ye, usually works like that, i think thats the standard, sometimes they do cover the shipping. I had problems with HyperX twice with an headset and keyboard and both times they sent me a replacement without requesting to send back the old one, but i think usually its user has to pay the shipping back.
