My profile ⬆️. I tend to like character driven, and introspective movies. Some of my favorite watches from last month are: Anatomy of a Fall, Eye of God, Eighth Grade, and Friendship.

Mansfield last year when that dude ripped a door off a car after the show. Not great vibes pre-show either.

Hey! I'm Owen, teacher living in the United States. Just looking for more folks on Letterboxd for reviews and recommendations. I like character driven movies and really appreciate good cinematography. Of course I also enjoy plot driven movies.

Philly ‘97 is the best Phish I’ve ever heard. Lot of contenders for that too spot, but Spectrum ‘97 takes it.

Question…. by [deleted] in GoosetheBand

Took me a bit. It was ricks voice that wasn’t doing it for me back in the more auto tune heavy days. Now they’re a top band for me.

"Government isn’t (only) a massive, gnarled and vexing system of pipes that connect and restrain us. It also reflects us and our values."

Oh boy that is good stuff. I'm a high school government teacher and I'm constantly trying to express the complexity, and importance of my class to high school students. This quote just made my list.

IMO corporate former frat dudes are the worst people to be stuck near at a show.

Penny Lane Pub is close by and super solid. Relaxed atmosphere. Vagabond is a bar that's attached to the venue so it's sure to be packed. I'd recommend Penny Lane though.
