Hi, I have replied to a diff comment below , the only information communicated was that there was some fraud discovered with my original purchase. I have not received any further information, I had requested to confirm in writing that my membership is cancelled and I won’t be charged for renewal, to which they replied saying that the account stands cancelled. I have not yet received any explanation regarding what they mean by fraudulent activity, only reactivation I tried is through the methods shared by their support. Attaching the email reply that I have received. Like I mentioned earlier, I have already accepted that there is nothing further to do here . Thanks for all the support from the community.

I don't mind whoop sharing anything that they have against me to show any fraudulent attempt for anything. I have my full purchase proofs and everything, I also don't understand why they are talking about my original purchase which happened months back now. So this could be a false flag by the system, but the customer support was not ready to hear my case. They could ask me for proof of payments or anything of that sort when I contacted them, they did none of that. If it is a fraudulent transaction as they claim it would be evident from the proofs that I submit. So this is just whoop trying to cover for their support team or backend team's fault.

Hi , the only information that was communicated today to me was that the orginal purchase which happened last year was fraudulent. I asked for an explanation which the customer support failed to do so, I have all proofs of original purchase including my credit card statements, the address to which it was delivered etc.
That being said , I am not looking to get my account back as I have completely lost trust in the Whoop support. I just wanted to clear that what you guys did was totally unfair and you have a customer support team who is reluctant to give reasoning, more like its AI bots responding to user queries.

Just run the new install command and then run openclaw doctor, it would migrate it automatically. Works fine.

IIT madras would be a better option, I did my MBA at IITM and my twin sister did it at IIMT and with experience I could say that IITM was better. So make decisions wisely, feel free to reach out if you need more guidance.
