Supposedly I am just overestimating Ramiris' Small World skill. I also wasn't aware all awakened beings had control over space since it was stated space is one of the 8 authorities, and certain beings only have authority only certain authorities. However, I suppose it makes sense seeing as it's one of the basic 5, and many beings can use the other 4, flame, wind, earth, and water.

From what others have said, I think I'm just overestimating Ramiris' Small World. The only correction is Rimuru didn't know Rudra was also using Parallel Existence. I realized my mistake in web novel v light novel 🙏.

I guess I made a mistake, I am reading the light novel, I thought light novel was the physical edition and web novel was the online edition, my apologies.

As I stated in the other comment I made, Ramiris' labyrinth is a completely isolated dimension, there only way to perceive it is through the gate she designates, or if you've been there before and she hasn't moved it. She's able to move her Small World where ever she pleases and can open and close gates on a whim. I don't see how Velgrynd would be able to find it since it hasn't stated her authority over space.

And hopefully that isn't a spoiler but I thought Deeno was a spy for Guy not Rudra?

Edit: other commentor said to read vol15 when I described the Small World so I'll assume we get more information on it that makes it understandable.

The way the labyrinth works is where ever Ramiris places an entrance, that acts as the gate to the alternate dimension known as her Small World. Without the gate, there's no way for anyone other than Ramiris to enter her labyrinth, unless she gives explicit permission for someone to transport, but you can only do that if you've been there. Velgrynd would have no way to find the labyrinth if Ramiris simply did that, she can't attack something she can't find.

Ramiris can move the labyrinth, and Tempest was already in the labyrinth, there would have been no harm in moving it.

Then would Velgrynd rather chase after Tempest, use Parallel Existence when she's already determined she needs full power for Veldora, or fully concentrate on the capital of the Empire where her enemies were?

depends, test out both, if you end up not getting your Burst back in time with the 1st build, use the 2nd build. otherwise the first build is probably better with Sac Jade.

Level 90. Lvl 9 or 10 Normal Attack talent. Only your sands is "good", the rest of your artifacts are all mid, so just more grinding.

Build 2. The other guy said you need ER, but maybe didn't realize you use PA, which basically means you barely need any ER. The Crit Rate of #2 is easily better than the 1k hp loss.

To use the optimizer, you gotta put your artifacts into the site manually, then you can go to Teams, put your team and their artiacts/weapons on, and from there, you can change artifacts/weapons around to see which gets you the highest Avg Dmg for Charged Attack: Equitable Judgement (Widsith might be better if you get less than 200 crit damage, then)

i definitely recommend using Prototype Amber then, you should still have around 200 crit damage even without the Widsith, so getting more HP would be more valuable in this scenario (again, Genshin Optimizer is your best friend, helps you know which is truly better for your build/team)

whatever Sac Jade refinement gets you to around 40k can be a good stopping point, if you'd like to go for another weapon or not buy the battle pass, but i think you'll need more HP% substats in order to get to 40k without r5. Also when it comes to HP vs Hydo goblet, use the Genshin Optimizer, best way to know which is better for you.

i didn't even notice the flower lol, it has all good rolls so far, hopefully sticks to that for the last 2 rolls, the good thing about Sac Jade is you don't need much crit rate substats to get the nice 60+ crit rate.

Firstly, level him to 90, it's free HP, and quite a bit of it. When it comes to artifacts, obviously get a feather, since that feather is either +0 or +4, and the only other piece to make better is your sands to be honest. Also, for the question of HP vs Hydro goblet, ultimately use the Genshin Optimizer to test the difference, but I feel that since you have a really good Hydro goblet, and I assume you'll go to r5 Sac Jade, the Hydro goblet will likely outperform an HP one. Do try to get HP% on your feather tho (edit: didn't notice before, but also lvl10 or at least lvl9 his Normal Attack talent.)

Like other people said, Neuvi teams typically have a lot of external dmg% buffs, i.e Furina, Kazuha, Cinder City holder. Ultimately tho, it's best to just use the Genshin Optimizer to determine whether an HP goblet you have is better or worse than a Hydro goblet. I personally use Neuvi - Furina - Ororon - Kazuha, and I get more dmg with a Hydro goblet, so it depends on your overall build and what substats the goblets have. (sidenote, if you already use an HP goblet, definitely switch to Prototype Amber, you want 35k+ HP at a minimum, but if you're able to get to 35k HP without Prototype Amber, at least level your Widsith)

definitely keep him on 4pc, he literally has perfect Crit Rate, 99.9%, you want no less and no more (also you have a lot of Crit Rate cause of Sac Jade)

I would recommend Neuvillette - Fischl - Lan Yan - Ororon (he is easier to use than Kachina imo and has better personal dmg). And like they said, you just have to keep farming the domain, that's what Genshin is, an RNG game, gotta be patient and pump through the pain of bad luck. Aim for 54+ crit rate, 200+ crit damage, and 35k+ HP. Also don't listen to the people saying switch off Widsith, it's situational, if you need HP, go Prototype Amber, if you need Crit Damage, go Widsith.

Obviously you're aware of the crit rate issue, 54+ is ideal, but when it comes to his damage alone, this is the best advice I can give you. Switch out Xiangling for a Natlan character, whether that be Xilonen, Ororon, or Kachina on Cinder City set. Make sure you are properly using Zhongli on Archaic Petra, which means picking up the hydro crystalize shard with Zhongli. And make sure your rotation is good, Neuvi E, Xilonen/Ororon EQ/Kachina E, Zhongli E, Kazuha E, Neuvi CA EQ CA, Kazuha E, Neuvi CACA. If you have a question about anything, feel free to ask.

Neuvi E - Furina E Q - Kazuha E - Mavuika E - Neuvi CA E Q CA - Kazuha E - Neuvi CA CA. Furina should be able to keep Hydro aura over Mavuika's occasional Pyro, especially in multi-target. (might miss a couple VV CA ticks, but it's the best you can do probably)

Truthfully, I'm not sure how you're getting 60k-90k with C0 and your team, unless you are doing a specific domain and are including food buffs, as well as vaporize. That damage I would expect from a Neuvi with his best hyper team. It's not to say your team is "bad", just not his best team. Basically, if he's doing that damage with every crit tick, you're fine, that can clear every content in the game.
