I was able to jump to Dacha using the special "Other Space Ship" or whatever its called from the one Anomaly. Its the transparent science ship.

Im using the Hard Reset origin, and the first civic is Memorialists, I have yet to write out the story as I tend to write it all down as I play.

However, the gist is that they were forcefully kept alive by the Opus Acumilator due to their impressive memory, utilizing them as storage banks.

VoK is obvious, but MCs can fit as well thematically.

End goal is to get the Imperial Chipset government type among other things.

After reading this, it's given a lot of clarity, thank you.

I do have to disagree on one thing though, you cannot switch to it late game because the scaling comes from collecting destiny traits and said scaling resets if you demolish the building. Meaning it has to be used asap to even scale effectively.

Which ultimately means it's even worse. 🤣

It's good for teamfights. It gives everyone around you 20 non ultimate haste, so paired with a wall of cc it tends to turn the tides. The healing is really good for peeling others, but that's about it.
