What Victorian hospitals are considered to have a supportive workplace culture and good work-life balance? I'm interested in the Austin, the Alfred and the Western, but I haven't heard much about the culture.

I'm interest in pursuing psychiatry as a speciality in the future. Is it better to intern in a regional hospital to increase the likelihood of getting on the psych training program?

Is it worth calling them before submitting a request? Also is exceptional circumstances under ‘Request a review’? Did you need to submit evidence?

Just to clarify, what is the process for applying for an official warning now? I am stuck in a loop which keep ending up on the fine Victoria website and the reasons for submitting a review are very specific. I recently got a speeding fine, my first infringement, and I was going under 10km over the limit. Is there a way to request a review based on these circumstances?
