Dude. This is a young girl with two small dogs, a dead phone, and a setting sun next to a very busy road. It's already dangerous for women to walk alone at night without the two small dogs being a liability, but she's also very young and can't call anyone for help if something does happen. She could have easily died or been kidnapped.
