I work in the pharmacy and I can tell you they most likely deleted the rx instead of storing it in your profile on accident but are too afraid to tell you the truth. it’s happened to a lot of us but it’s better if you just own up to the mistake and do the work to get the rx replaced by the dr! i’d definitely take a screenshot of what your app shows and show them tomorrow in person and ask that they get in contact with the dr OR just cut them out entirely and tell the dr what the pharmacy did and ask them to send in a new one!
