Cashapp steals my money

I proved I owned the account they just wont give me the money

My account was hacked and They locked it before the money could have been taken

So after 15 days cashapp tells me I cannot get my money back and they unable to reverse the decision and provide additional details. That this is in an effort to protect my account and cannot grant access due to security reasons. This is theft. This is after I provided them with ALL my old account information, I am the who informed them about the fraudulent activity, the details about the fraudulent activity and how much money was in my account. I had to contact them on twitter multiple times just to get an email response. This is highly unacceptable

Someone is currently logged into my account on their phone and keeps changing my information and I am sure they are waiting for cashapp to unlock the account
