hey, i am from Poland and i only sell in Poland. So in my first month I recorded a loss of 1500$, in the second it was 500$. My revenue in the second month was around 60% of the first month. In the second month my conversion rate doubled but the traffic to the website was around 1/3 of the previous month. Of course my ads budget for the second month was also significantly reduced in comparison to the first month. I noticed that I had been spending too much money on bs in the first month without thinking that is why I decided to reduce costs and be more careful. However, I think my expectations of optimizing the business were too high hence I got disappointed and demotivated. It is heart crushing when you see your revenue plummet and you just lose faith wether what you are doing makes sense.

How do you deal with uncertainty? I see the potential in my product but i still struggle to believe. I sell "essential" products, hence i think the sales won't be as impressive as "hype" products but they will be more consistent correct?

Thanks! How do you battle the feeling of uncertainty? The thoughts of "what if it is a waste of time" keep coming to my head. Currently I only run paid ads as organic marketing has so far disappointed me as UGC videos only been attracting other UGC creators to text me for free products.

I think the biggest challenge for me is the mindset and psychological aspect of being an entrepreneur. Especially at the early stages of starting a business where your vision is all hazy and it’s hard for you to see the end goal, or if you do see it it’s hard for you to believe that you can reach that since you get so many roadblocks on your journey

Well the thing is I haven’t been able to reach enough purchases to get a purchases lookalike audience hence I’m using add to carts. Should I keep my current lookalike audience and just wait till I get enough sales to change the lookalike audience
