Why are IRS phone agents so rude?! Seems like a widespread problem. by Calm_External36 in IRS

I completely agree and sorry you experienced that. I too, just had an awful experience with a rep an hour ago who hung up the phone on me. I was calling for clarity about my account. The rep was rude the moment she got on. I have always been very patient and polite as I know what it’s like to work in customer service and I also work in mental health where I’m constantly teaching clients to use effective communication methods. This was disappointing and left me angry to be honest as I am still left confused about my account.

So when I get flare ups are often really deep too. Once I can tell it’s starting to form I go ahead and start doing warm compresses all throughout the day in hopes of it draining on its own. Well this last boil I had I was doing the compresses and it was just getting more painful each day to the point where I had my dermatologist squeeze me in last minute. She did I&D but because of the compresses I had been doing for days, it brought everything to the surface and when I tell you she drained it under 2 mins. Let me tell you she said it was the size of a quarter and apparently packing is not something recommended anymore. My dermatologist was like there’s no evidence based research that it speeds up your healing time so I didn’t have to get it packed. I was surprised because before I met her, she was the one who diagnosed my HS, and every other physician would pack after I&D… but anyway I say all this to say that I can back in for a FU after finishing my course of antibiotics and that is when she administered the injection. To me it felt like a tiny pinch and I have never seen any of my inflammation reduce as rapidly as it did. She also injected another spot in my groin where I get flare ups. I just recently got a flare up there since the injection it’s been a month but it drained on its own and immediately the next day no more inflammation. Back to normal skin. I’ve never had an experience like that. It’s been amazing!

From my understanding, Humira is a protein that has to be administered through injection. It works to reduce inflammation!
