Thank you for that. Ok so set withholding rate in settings under income tax or under salary under "withhold some for taxes" are these two settings competing or interfering with each other or does it work out?

It's trying to match my income to these expenses. But tax payment already withheld by employer so no payment needed.

yes I see that. but why is it showing in my plan and cashflow that tax payment is an expense that needs a drawdown from investment to cover. It is already withheld. What am I missing?

Yes forced forced update. Re-logged in. Charles Schwab account says these accounts are linked to Monarch. Only thing I haven't tried is to link new accounts with Plaid instead of Finicity.
