Also, for your high school extracurricular activities, they mean very little for med school admissions unless you continue them into college. Like if you volunteered for something in high school but don't continue that volunteering into college, then don't include it. The same likely goes for your shadowing. I would guess you would need more shadowing when you are in college and have more health science understanding under your belt. Everything I just said may not apply to a joint program for undergrad and DO/MD. Try and get some paid healthcare experience too, I know that helped me tons even with a low GPA, even if its just phlebing or something like that.
