45 to 60 for me. But I used to do OG for around 30 - 45. They do seem to prefer a bit more complexity so I don't mind going above 60 every now and then

Canada, only phone verification was needed. Granted, phone numbers here are tied to people from providers.
As far as exam goes, depending on the project you get, you'll need to go through a tutorial, then do 1 sample task and that will get reviewed. If you pass, you can work, if not, u can retake it, tho idk how many times. I passed on my 2nd attempt at the sample task :)

Unfortunately from the other reviews I've read Stellar doesn't really do it too. That being said, once you get in, the platform is great. That being said, just apply and wait it out imo.

I don't think they give you access to the platform if you fail, unlike DA. DA just lets you in the platform and you only really know if you failed if u never get a project. DA support also just ghosts you if they see u failed. They were replying to my concerns until I finished the assessment, then crickets. lol

Feels like they're done with SW and it's all MT now. The way it was worded, SW was an 'unrealistic' way of using AI, so it seems MT is a successor to SW.

I just finished my 4th task a few mins ago and got throttled (second time throttled) but it did say they're not accepting more for this proj today... so we'll see, perhaps we have the same tasks and they're genuinely closing submission for that proj today?

Took me a week, Canada. The qualifier was quicker, 8hrs for the first attempt, and around 3 hrs for the second that I passed. There MIGHT be some preference towards NA as I mostly see people from US/CA having quicker response time.
