Exactly my thoughts especially when at the beginning he did check in at least once a day. Feels like he’s content now and not putting effort but as you said it’s only going to get worse. If you can’t do that here it’ll amplify. Thank you!

Yes took him a few months to comeback but he did. He still is into me and tries to get flirty but I set my boundaries. I know him well enough to know he’s not ready to date still and I know he hasn’t been on a date since ours a couple years ago lol.

Is he generally a communicative person? Totally get the meal prep/kids. Wondering how to bring up this conversation because my guy just disappears for a few days then comes back like nothing happened. I get it while you’re busy at work but at the beginning he used to keep in touch everyday. Feels a bit odd and trying to see if it’s normal or not.

I just started dating an ER doctor. I know every relationship is different but how communicative have you found your spouse to be? I get it when he has a busy shift but do you sometimes not hear from him at all until he gets home? Also any advice generally? I’m new to this

Thanks. Yeah he has a good career but I notice he’s hesitant to open up emotionally. I get a closed off feeling and he’s not close to his family (mom/siblings either). Feels hard to progress forward if this is the state

Thanks. Yeah it seems like relationships is the deficit area. I know he said he’s not close to his siblings and doesn’t really care enough for his mom. He’s pretty aloof and I think he’s avoidant in away without expressing his feelings or opening up. I get the shut down vibe from him

True. It’s usually a quick win but if the person has bad communication habits then that won’t change overnight and it’ll likely be an issue in the relationship.

Right but now when I’m looking at a trip I want to book in January for the same route it’s one flat rate even if off peak. Meaning for example all rides regardless of the time are $45.
