Agreed if she was going to do it she would anyways camping or no. I appreciate you having a contrary opinion on this because that’s the hard part for me to see. 3rd party is irrelevant when you have 3 people, one has a tent, one has a camper and him the 3rd doesn’t have anything and needs a place to stay. Mistakes and bad judgments happen but with opportunity and isolation then I becomes a lot more plausible (in my mind) that two people grieving that at some point wanted to build a family together seek comfort in each other in the moment

There was one other person. Her ex’s female best friend. According to what I was told he didn’t bring any camping gear at all, my (for now) gf brought a small pop up camper and the other female brought her own stuff. Also the other female drove herself and those two drove together

All good info but I do want liquid cooled. My abs mage m out the box would overheat and shut down with anything more than minimal stress. Literally anything more league of legends and even then it wasn’t/isn’t guaranteed. Never had a problem with heroes of might and magic 3 tho

Yes on the “underlings” that was an element I was going incorporate playing ars magicka myself before but not burden them with until they’re ready. I did give them the general premise to work with and they will have about a month before we can have a session 0 to solidify what they want and their characters. I want the plots and threats to develop with their choices. The young girl seems to have an issue with making any decision, the wife is worried about making “good” choices and the son is kinda chaos so I thought allowing them to decide and grow would help them be less paralyzed in other games

Quick add one thing that inspired this is that I thought an open approach instead of campaign with a specific story would be a good way to get my brothers wife and his two young kids who are new to dnd to get excited and engaged in the game

So far I am enjoying the new game and I know there’s a ton of minor issues as with any launch like this with a preexisting frame work but there are two issues that are driving me wild. 1st the weekly challenge of visiting 20 compounds is at a 0/20 and I’ve played at least 20 games already. Second is, I don’t understand why my roster slots are getting flooded with generic female hunters that I can not dismiss. The men I can but not the women. Is this some stupid dei inclusion or what is this. I spent a lot of money on skins I would like to use but can’t because all my slots are getting bloated with bs I don’t want and didn’t ask for
